Here's one interested and serious topic.. www.filairsoft.com/forum/showthread.php?p=583227#post5832272 things here guys (as mentioned in the forum). first, marshalling should be taken seriously and those who will take the role must have a thorough training and expirience. and secondly, the players themselves. I both agree kaya lang ang tanong "Ano ang nauna? itlog o manok?" meaning dapat ba trained ang marshall o dapat laging nasa ayos ang players. I bet it should be both. I have observed that also in the last 2 competition in Batangas. Its more a problem of marshalling kasi pag nasa ayos ang marshalling, yung mga zombie hule tsaka natututo din mga players. idagdag mo pa (impose) and penalty for not playing the right rules, pag hindi nadala ang mga lintek na "ungentlemanly" and zombie players na mga yan. Calling the attention of field experts (game site managers). Pag tayo nagpalaro, yung mga bastos at zombie balyahin niyo. We will back you up. Nasa likuran niyo kami. Ako nasa bahay hehehe

Sa experience ko pag marshal in Manila, first offense is attack the kahiyaan factor. Call him to the side and tell him personally at first na hit na sya kanina at nag zombie sya. Second offense, call him during the game. Third offense is expulsion from the game site.
Why talk to him first? Iba ang personalan na pakikipagusap kasi. Mas maganda na ang dating, at magkakaroon sya ng concoiuse effort to play nice next round.

I agree with DP. May I also have this opportunity to commend you guys for that professional discussion on "what to do when the enemy is already at close range" as initiated by Krait. That's the way to say it all. No ifs no but. just straight forward discussion all for the common good of the team and for the love of the game.

^_^, the statement of "what if" e parang magiisip ng other possbile things could happen, the least expected ay dapat ma-anticipate with caution, attention, and preparedness.
If a certain mistake or technical difficulty occur, it will undergo to an dicussion sa commitee and members, there it will server as a note of experience, thus improving more.
oooooooh dami ko sabi!!!! hehehehe
